### 说明:根据招标投标法及相关法规规定,投标人和直接参与并且与招投标活动有着直接利害关系的当事人有异议的,有权依法在公示时间内向招标人提出异议。

### Note: According to the tendering Law and related regulations, tenderers and parties who directly participate in and have a direct interest in the tender activities have the right to raise objections to the tenderer within the announcement period.

投标人或者其他利害关系人对招标过程或评标结果有异议的,应当在中标候选人公示期间以书面方式提出。提交的异议书应包括下列内容:

If a bidder or any other interested party has any objection to the bidding process or the evaluation result, it shall be raised in writing during the period of public announcement of the shortlisted candidates. The objection letter submitted shall include the following contents:

1. 异议人的名称、地址、联系人及有效联系方式;

2. 被异议人的名称、被异议的招标项目名称;

3. 异议事项的基本事实;

4. 有效线索和相关证明材料。

### 下列异议将不予接收:

1. 在中标结果公示结束后提出的;

2. 异议人不是所异议招标投标活动的参与者,或者与投诉项目无任何利害关系的;

3. 异议事项不具体,未提供有效线索;

4. 对异议事项已经答复,且异议人没有提出新的证据的。

The following objections will not be accepted:

1. Those raised after the public announcement of the winning bid results;

2. Those raised by persons who are not participants in the bidding activities of the objected bid or have no interest in the complained project;

3. Those with no specific matters and no effective clues provided;

4. Those where the objection matters have already been responded to and the objector has not provided new evidence.
