CONSTRUCTION WORKS FOR REPROVISION OF PUBLIC CARPARK AND FORMATION OF BUS LAY-BY IN YUEN LONG INNOPARK

Introduction
HKSTP intends to invite qualified contractors to undertake Construction Works for Reprovision of Public Carpark and Formation of Bus Lay-by in Yuen Long InnoPark. Contractors shall register at HKSTP-CWP tender website to receive the tender invitations.

Requirements
The contractors fulfilling the following requirements are invited to submit tenders:

1. On the Development Bureau’s List of Approved Group A or Group B Contractors for Public Works; OR
2. Registered General Building Contractors (RGBC) registered with the Buildings Department.
