The bidding deadline is revised to 10:00am on July 16, 2026.
The requirements of the MOV SDV ON-OFF VALVE Package have been revised as below,
1. Revise all valve seats to DBB type. Bidder to consider and include the requirement in the quotation

2. Revise the LTCS valve body material / construction requirement for NPS 2" and larger ball valves from ASTM A350 Gr. LF2 forged body to ASTM A352 Gr. LCB cast body, subject to compliance with ASME B16.34, the applicable valve product standard such as API 6D or API 608 as applicable, Project design pressure, design temperature, impact testing, nondestructive examination, hydrostatic test, seat test, material certification and traceability requirements.

3. Revise the ball and stem material for the relevant ball valves from ASTM A182 Gr. F316 to ASTM A182 Gr. F51, subject to compliance with the applicable valve datasheet, service compatibility, material certification, hardness / sour service requirements where specified by the Project, inspection and testing requirements, and vendor design qualification.

4. Revise the pup piece material / wall thickness requirement for CS piggable ball valves from API 5L PSL2 Gr. X65, 19.05 mm wall thickness and 200 mm length at each end, to ASTM A694 Gr. F65 forged material. The valve-end wall thickness shall match the valve body wall thickness, the pipe-end wall thickness shall remain 19.05 mm, and the minimum piggable through bore / ID shall remain 571.5 mm.
