(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）本次磋商需要网上响应，供应商必须获得上海市电子签名认证证书（CA认证证书）；
（2）供应商具备有效的营业执照及有效的安全生产许可证；
（3）供应商具有建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；
（4）项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及以上注册建造师执业资格；
（5）磋商响应截止之日前三年内，在政府采购活动中无不良行为记录；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) This negotiation requires an online response, and the supplier must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) The supplier has a valid business license and a valid safety production permit; (3) The supplier has a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects; (4) The project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of construction engineering; (5) Within the three years prior to the deadline for negotiation response, there has been no record of any misconduct in government procurement activities;

(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
