To meet the transportation and import/export customs clearance requirements in the Midea Thailand region, and adhering to the principles of 'fairness, justice, openness, and transparency,' we are introducing high-quality logistics partners. With the concept of win-win cooperation to promote the efficient conduct of business, the Midea International Supply Chain Capabilities Center hereby announces the public tender for the '2026-2027 Integrated Trailer Transport Customs Clearance Servicesin Thailand.' 一、标的介绍

I. Introduction to the Tender

1、标的信息：2026-2027年度泰国区域工厂进出口拖报一体全流程服务，预计需求柜量约118,847年（柜量以合同期内实际业务量为准，具体服务范围及相关细节，将在招标说明书中进一步明确）。

1. Tender Information: Integrated full-process import and export logistics services for the Midea factory in the Thailand region for the year 2026-2027. The estimated demand is approximately 118,847 TEUs per year (the actual number of TEUs will be based on the business volume during the contract period, and specific service scope and related details will be further clarified in the tender document).

2、合同期限：****—****（具体起止时间以双方签订的正式合同为准）。

2. Contract period: September 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027 (the exact start and end dates shall be subject to the formal contract signed by both parties).

3、业务类型：涵盖泰国主要工厂与港口之间的集装箱拖车运输、货物接送，本地费用垫付以及进出口货物报关全流程服务（单据处理、清关申报、税费代缴、单证回收、货物放行协调等），实现拖车运输与报关服务无缝衔接。

3. Business type: Includes container trailer transportation, goods pickup and delivery, local cost advances, and full-process customs declaration services for import and export goods (document processing, customs declaration, tax payment on behalf, document recovery, coordination of cargo release, etc.), achieving seamless integration between trailer transportation and customs declaration services.

4、其他需求：本项目相关未尽事宜，均以美的国际物流服务协议条款为准。

二、供应商投标要求

II. Supplier bidding requirements

（一）供应商资质要求及材料提交

(1) Supplier Qualification Requirements and Submission of Materials

本次招标供应商资质明确以下基本资质要求，所有证明材料均需提供扫描件并加盖公司公章，需真实有效、在有效期内，具体如下：

For this tender, suppliers' qualifications are clearly defined by the following basic qualification requirements. All certification materials must be provided as scanned copies and sealed with the company seal, ensuring they are genuine, valid, and within the validity period, as detailed below:

车辆资料需按以下Excel表格规范提交，便于招标方审核识别，具体要求如下：

Vehicle documentation must be submitted according to the following Excel template for easy review and identification by the tendering party, with specific requirements as follows:

1. 表格格式：一行对应一辆车，不得多车合并一行；

1. Table format: one row per vehicle, multiple vehicles cannot be combined into one row;

2. 表格列项（按顺序排列，不得增减）：第一列车牌号、第二列车辆行驶证扫描件、第三列营运许可证扫描件、第四列车辆保险单扫描件、第五列货物运输险保单扫描件；

2. Table Items (in sequential order, no additions or deletions): First Column Vehicle Registration Number, Second Column Vehicle Driving License Scan, Third Column Operating License Scan, Fourth Column Vehicle Insurance Policy Scan, Fifth Column Cargo Transportation Insurance Policy Scan;

3. 其他要求：扫描件需清晰可辨，表格命名规范为“XX公司-车辆资料表”（XX公司为供应商自身公司全称），与其他报名资料一并发送至指定报名邮箱。

3. Other Requirements: The scanned documents must be clear and legible, and the file names should follow the naming convention “XX Company-Vehicle Information Form” (using the full name of the supplier’s own company). These documents should be submitted together with other registration materials to the designated registration email address.

（二）通用禁止投标情形

(2) General Prohibited Bidding Scenarios

1. 法定代表人为同一人的两家及多家公司，不得同时参加本次招标；

1. Companies with the same legal representative shall not participate in this tender simultaneously;

2. 存在控股、参股、交叉持股或直接管理关系的两家及多家公司，不得同时参加本次招标；

2. Two or more companies with controlling, participating, cross-holding shares, or direct management relationships shall not participate in this tender simultaneously;

3. 存在其他可能影响招投标活动公平、公正进行的关联关系的两家及多家公司，不得同时参加本次招标；

3. Companies with existing relationships that could potentially affect the fairness and impartiality of the bidding process shall not participate in this tender simultaneously.

4. 股东为美的集团在职员工亲属（指配偶、直系血亲、三代以内旁系血亲、近姻亲关系）的供应商；

4. Suppliers whose shareholders are relatives (spouse, direct blood relatives, collateral relatives within three generations, close affinity relations) of Midea Group's current employees;

5. 在美的集团离职前三年内，曾任Band7（原17级或18级）及以上职位的人员，在供应商处担任管理层、股东或销售岗位的供应商；

5. Persons who have held positions of Band 7 (formerly level 17 or 18) or above within three years before leaving Midea Group, and are employed in management, shareholder, or sales roles at suppliers;

6. 公司法人、股东及业务人员已被列入美的集团黑名单的供应商。

6. Suppliers whose legal representative, shareholders, and business personnel have been included in the Midea Group's blacklist are not eligible to participate.
