WORKS CONTRACT FOR PARK REVAMP 2.0

AT BUILDING 12W & 16W OF HONG KONG SCIENCE PARK

Introduction

The Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation is now inviting qualified and experienced

contractors with building works experience to submit tender, in strict confidence, for the provision of

construction services for Park Revamp 2.0 at Building 12W & 16W of Hong Kong Science Park.

Description of Works

The Contractor shall be appointed to provide construction services at Building 12W and 16W of Hong

Kong Science Park to convert the existing podium landscape area to Retail, Food and Beverage (RFB)

usages with central plaza. Scopes include but are not limited to construction of new RFB with associated

addition and alteration works such as installation of building services systems, fire services upgrading

works, landscape planting, etc.

Tentative Contract Period

The project is expected to be commenced in Q4 2026 and completed in Q4 2027.

Requirements

Group A or B Contractors for Public Works (Building Category) under Development Bureau’s approved lists; OR Registered General Building Contractors (RGBC) under Buildings Ordinance

Submission Requirements

The contractors interested in submission of tender for the works are required to complete and submit the Acknowledgement Slip by email to DLN Architects Limited at ****@dln.com.hk on or before 6:00 pm on 17 June 2026, and submit tender formally at HKSTP-CWP website (https://tender-cwp.hkstp.org) by, latest, 12:00 noon on 10 July 2026. Late submission will not be considered.

承建商應負責提供建築服務以將現有景觀平台改造為零售、餐飲用途，並設有中央廣場。工程 範圍包括但不限於建造零售及餐飲相關的增建和改建工程，例如安裝機電設備系統、消防設施 升級、園境種植等。

合約期 (暫擬)
預計本合約於 2026 年第 4 季開始，2027 年第 4 季完成。

資格要求
已獲發展局認可名單的公共工程甲組或乙組承建商（建築類別）；或已根據《建築物條例》註 冊的一般建築承建商。

提交要求
有意投標以上工程合約之承建商需於 2026 年 6 月 17 日下午 6:00 或之前透過電子郵件將確認 單提交至劉榮廣伍振民建築師有限公司之電子郵箱 ****@dln.com.hk，並於 2026 年 7 月 10 日中午 12:00 前，將投標文件附上指定表格透過電子投標系統 (https:**** ) 遞 交。逾期提交之意向書將不予考慮。
