本项目建设地点位于大团镇龙树村，南至东大公路、东至川南奉公路。实施面积共计：12.63亩（具体以实测为准）。建设内容为间伐（卫生伐）、苗木补植、割灌除草、基础设施建设等。主要间伐树种包括：女贞、桦树等。补植树种包括：香樟、无患子。植物景观提升主要树种包括：红枫、日本早樱等。种植地被包括：玉簪、大花金鸡菊等。基础设施建设内容包括：沥青道路、活动广场、健身设施等。本项目主要为此工程提供监理服务。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
