1、随着高东樱花园知名度和影响力的持续提升，尤其在高东樱花节期间，游客接待量逐年攀升，现有公厕设施已难以满足日益增长的如厕需求，排队等候现象时有发生，影响游客游园体验。为有效缓解樱花园内公共卫生设施供给不足的问题，提升园区服务能级，给广大游客营造更加舒适、便捷、卫生的赏花环境，拟实施樱花园公共厕所新建工程。该公厕采用成品设计，配备无障碍厕位、第三卫生间及儿童专用设施，兼顾节能节水与人性化需求，全面提升游园服务品质。 2、施工内容：安装成品配套公厕，面积约60平方米；新增适老化设施，例如便器位扶手、紧急按钮、休息区标识和洗手台护角等设施；新增一座化粪池；新增污水排管工程，约300米；新增给水排管预计电气工程等。 3、本工程预计总投资89万元，其中建安工程费用约80万元。本次采购为该工程设计。选取方式为：择优选取。

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.
