对南芦公路1730号1号楼整体、3号楼1楼部分进行装修，布局接待大厅、办案用房、民警工作室、派出所行政办公、备勤室、档案室等，装修面积约3880㎡，同步对1号楼外墙面及屋顶进行整体修缮；外部场地优化布局，南侧增加标志性门头。项目总投资约1827.38万元,其中建安费1595.66万元。现拟委托一家中介服务机构根据经批准的项目立项文件和现有条件，在满足项目使用功能的基础上，进行本项目的设计，设计包括：方案设计、施工图设计及施工过程的现场配合等后续设计服务以及协助相关的招标工作。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.
