1、教学楼一至三层男女卫生间维修：原大便槽改为蹲坑、墙砖地砖修复、安装防火板隔断。 2、室外操场区域小景改造：场地整理、铺设防腐木地面、改造区域雨水管道更换、新做防腐木座凳。 3、室外停车棚区域：增加新做钢结构+阳光板雨棚、地面铺八字砖、安装石座椅。 4、操场旁活动室墙面涂料出新。 5、教学楼教室涂料维修、部分教室更换防盗门。 6、室外围墙新做钢丝网片防护。 7、其它零星维修

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
