1.2 Project Overview: Construct a titanium iron sand mining, beneficiation, and transportation production line in Zulti South, including a 2500 tons per hour dry mining unit, a titanium iron ore sand beneficiation plant with a processing capacity of 2500 tons per hour, a 42-kilometer pipeline, and supporting water and power systems.

2.1 China Harbour Engineering Company is calling for the tender in purchasing Magnetic separator by public tender. The detailed content and requirements of the equipment to be purchased is listed in the technical specification in Section-3.

2.2 The Tenderer intends to standardize all the product specification, pricing scheme, and after-sale services programmes via this tender and subsequent contract negotiation.

2.2 招标人拟通过本次招标及后续合同谈判，规范所有产品规格、定价方案和售后服务方案。

2.3 This is a public tender. Tender notice and tender documents are published at the Supply Chain Management System of CCCC (http: http:****) during 8 April to 30 April.

2.3 本次采购采用公开招标形式。招标公告和招标文件将于4月8日至4月30日在中交集团供应链管理信息系统（http: http:****）上发布。

2.4 As a Bidder, you are hereby cautioned and advised to read all Instructions to Bidders as well as all tender documents to ensure that you understand and can comply with all requirements. Failure to submit a quotation in conformity with specified requirements may cause your quotation to be rejected. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to ensure quotations are received by the requested deadline. Any submission made after the bid close date is considered as non-conforming and may be considered “invalid bid”.

2.5 This Tender implies no obligation on the part of the Tenderer to award a contract, or ensure business to any Bidder. Tenderer may, in its sole discretion, issue changes to this Tender, reject all Bidders, waive any requirement pertaining to the Project, negotiate terms and conditions, divide the Project described in this Tender document into several contracts that may be awarded to more than one Bidder, and award a contract to any Bidder whether such Bidder has submitted the lowest quotation.
