WHEN PROVIDING INFORMATION ON VESSEL NOMINATION, IN ADDITION TO THE BASIC INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR SAFETY AUDITS, THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MUST BE SUBMITTED: (A) DETAILED INFORMATION ON THE ACTUAL CARRIER (I.E., THE CARRIER ACTUALLY PERFORMING THE TRANSPORTATION TASK FOR THIS VOYAGE);(B) A STATEMENT ON THE VESSEL"S ECONOMIC SAILING SPEED.
OWNERS GUARANTEE THAT THE VESSEL HAS NOT CALLED RUSSIA SINCE 24TH FEBRUARY 2022.
THE OWNERS UNDERTAKES AND GUARANTEES THAT THE VESSEL OR VESSELS PROVIDED BY OWNERS UNDER THIS CHARTER AS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS BEFORE AND AT THE BEGINNING AND THROUGHOUT THE PERIOD OF THIS CHARTER PARTY:
a)OWNERS WARRANT THAT NO DRYDOCKING SHALL TAKE PLACE DURING THE PRESENT VOYAGE AND NEXT VOYAGE.
b)OWNERS GUARANTEE THAT NO CREW CHANGE AT THE DISCHARGING PORT DURING PRESENT VOYAGE.
c)OWNERS GUARANTEE THAT NO FORMALITIES FOR CONVERSION TO DOMESTIC TRADE WILL BE ARRANGED AT DISCHARGE PORT.
d) THE REGISTERED OWNER SHOULD NOT BE CHANGED.
e)THE PERFORMING VESSEL IS NOT OWNED OR COMMERCIALLY MANAGED BY CUBA /IRAN /IRAQ /SUDAN /SYRIA /NORTH KOREA/CRIMEA AND OTHER UN OR USA OR EU SANCTIONED COUNTRIES RELATED ENTITIES, HAS NOT CALLED CUBA /IRAN /IRAQ /SUDAN /SYRIA /NORTH KOREA/CRIMEA AND OTHER UN OR USA SANCTIONED PORTS OR COUNTRIES TIME TO TIME , AND THE OWNER HAVE NOT DONE ANY CUBA,IRAN, IRAQ, SUDAN, SYRIA, NORTH KOREA AND CRIMEA AND OTHER UN OR USA OR EU SANCTIONED PORTS OR COUNTRIES RELATED BUSINESS.

Freight deemed earned on completion of loading is discount less, non-refundable whether vessel and/or cargo lost or not lost. HOWEVER IF THE CHARTERERS WANT FREIGHT PREPAID B/L IN WHICH CASE OWNERS TO CONFIRM HAVING RECEIVED 100% FREIGHT IN THEIR BANK ACCOUNT PRIOR TO RELEASE OF SET BS/L. FREIGHT DEEMED EARNED ON COMPLETION OF LOADING IS DISCOUNT LESS, NON-REFUNDABLE WHETHER VESSEL AND/OR CARGO LOST OR NOT LOST.
BALANCE 10% OF THE FREIGHT TOGETHER WITH DEM/DES AT LOAD/DISPORT(DEMURRAGE OR DESPATCH SHOULD BE CONVERTED TO FREIGHT) TO BE PAID BY TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER LATEST WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF DISCHARGING AGAINST OWNERS SUBMITTING RELEVANT TIME SHEETS/STATEMENT OF FACTS / NOTICE OF READINESS AND ETC TO CHARTERERS.
THE FREIGHT SHALL BE PAID AS PER AGREEMENT PER BILL OF LADING WEIGHT UNLESS THERE ARE OTHER DIFFERENT REMARKS ON THE M/R.
