This project is the Vietnam Ngha Tm Sinh 2000t/d Waste-to-Energy Project., and the tendering entity is the Vietnam Ngha Tm Sinh Environmental Protection Project Department of PowerChina Sichuan Engineering Co., Ltd. (Vietnam Branch). The project now meets the conditions for tendering and is hereby put out to bid.

工期 / Construction Period：

两年/2 years

计划开工日期 / Planned Start Date：开工时间以甲方通知为准。

招标范围 / Scope of Tender：

包括不限于油罐区、渗滤液处理站、汽车衡、循环水系统、警卫室、附属生产建筑、环境保护设施、厂区性建筑、水质净化系统、补给水系统等，包括但不限于开挖、基坑支护、桩头处理、桩芯灌注、基础防水、基础防腐、回填土方，预埋件、预埋套管、预设孔洞、预埋螺栓、埋地管等所有预埋工作和回填工作，结构施工，防腐防水，接地，屋顶保温及防水、屋顶排水系统、室内给排水系统、水电照明，所有试验及检测验收，相应区域钢结构的采购及安装，建筑装饰装修及门窗采购安装，生产临建，施工用电用水，测量工作，沉降观测，建渣、废料清运，安全文明施工及标准化建设，承包范围内工程资料等;以及施工期间所需的排水、防尘、消防及安全文明施工措施等相关附属工作。施工过程中需严格按照设计及规范要求，确保支护结构的稳定性，同时协调各工序衔接，保障工程安全、质量和进度，满足项目整体需求。

This includes, but is not limited to, oil tank areas, leachate treatment plants, truck scales, circulating water systems, guard rooms, ancillary production buildings, environmental protection facilities, plant buildings, water purification systems, and makeup water systems. It also includes, but is not limited to, excavation, foundation pit support, pile head treatment, pile core grouting, foundation waterproofing, foundation corrosion protection, backfilling, all pre-embedded work and backfilling work such as embedded parts, embedded sleeves, pre-set holes, embedded bolts, and buried pipes; structural construction; corrosion and waterproofing; grounding; roof insulation and waterproofing; roof drainage systems; indoor water and water supply systems; water, electricity, and lighting; all testing and inspection acceptance; procurement and installation of steel structures in the corresponding areas; building decoration and renovation and procurement and installation of doors and windows; temporary production buildings; construction electricity and water supply; surveying work; settlement monitoring; construction waste and debris removal; safe and civilized construction and standardization; engineering data within the contracted scope; and related ancillary work such as drainage, dust control, fire protection, and safe and civilized construction measures required during construction. During construction, it is necessary to strictly follow the design and specification requirements to ensure the stability of the support structure, while coordinating the connection of each process to ensure the safety, quality and progress of the project and meet the overall project requirements.

三、投标人资格要求 / 3. Bidders’ Qualification Requirements

1. 资格能力要求 / Qualification Capacity

（1）投标人需具有越南境内注册的独立法人资格公司，或具有在越南注册的子公司，具有有效的越南营业执照。

The bidder must be an independent legal entity registered in Vietnam, or possess a subsidiary registered in Vietnam, holding a valid Vietnamese business license.

2. 其他要求 / Other Requirements

不接受联合体投标。
