项目概况：	The East African Crude Oil Pipeline project has a total contract value of US$859 million. The pipeline spans a total length of 1,539 kilometres, comprising a mainline of 1,443 kilometres (Tanzania: 1,147 km; Uganda: 296 km) and a 96-kilometre branch line (Uganda). Pipeline diameter: 24" (bare pipe 610mm, insulated pipe 760mm). FBE anti-corrosion process applied. Externally coated with 70mm PUF insulation layer. Internally embedded with three long-line electric trace heating sleeves. Outer layer fitted with 5mm thick HDPE casing. Maximum diameter of insulated pipe: 760mm. The entire line comprises 6 pumping stations, 2 pressure-reducing stations, 80 valve chambers, and 20 heating stations. To date, procurement for project stations stands at 59.76% completion, camp procurement at 100% completion, and line procurement at 63.51% completion.
