圭亚那****输变电 EPC总承包项目道路建设工程工作内容包含但不限于：

负责负责现场清理场地、地基处理、和土石方开挖及余土外运、场地回填平整、修建临时道路、提供修路所需土建材料等工作。

Professional Subcontracting for Road construction project FOR THE ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION FOR INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS PHASE 2 LOT 1 LOT 3 includes, but is not limited to:on-site cleanup, ground treatment, earthwork excavation and waste soil removal, site backfilling and leveling, construction of temporary roads, and provision of civil engineering materials required for road constructions.

四、资格要求与合同条件

IV. Qualification Requirements and Contract Terms

1.为履行本施工合同，投标人至少应满足本招标项目的建筑工程施工总承包二级资质，具备完成类似工程的施工经验和业绩，并已通过点击登录查看的资格审查，并成为点击登录查看的合格分包商。

1. To fulfill this construction contract, the bidding homo sapiens shall at least meet the customs clearance qualifications for this bidding project, possess construction experience and performance in completing similar projects, have passed the qualification review by China Power Construction Group Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., and become a qualified subcontractor of China Power Construction Group Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd.

2.投标人必须具有独立法人资格，本项目不接受以联合体形式的投标。

2. The bidding homo sapiens must possess independent legal homo sapiens qualification, and this project does not accept bids in the form of a consortium.

3.为具有被授予合同的资格，投标人应提供令招标人满意的资格文件，以证明其符合投标合格条件和具有履行合同的能力。为此，所提交的投标文件中应包括下列资料。

3. To be eligible for contract award, the bidding homo sapiens shall submit qualification documents satisfactory to the tendering homo sapiens, demonstrating compliance with the bidding eligibility criteria and capability to perform the contract. For this purpose, the submitted bid shall include the following materials.

4.有关确立投标法律地位的原始文件的有效复印件及原件扫描件（包括营业执照、资质等级证书、安全施工资格证、法人代表证或委托代理人证明书等），复印件需盖原章。

4. Valid photocopies and scanned copies of original documents establishing the legal status of the bid (including business license, qualification grade certificate, safe construction qualification certificate, legal homo sapiens representative certificate or authorized agent homo sapiens certificate, etc.), with the copies requiring the original seal.

5.按规定的格式填写公司的组织结构和拟在本工程担任项目经理及施工现场管理、主要施工人员的情况。

5.Fill in the company's organizational structure (broussonetia papyrifera) and the proposed project manager, on-site management personnel, and main construction personnel (homo sapiens) for this project in the prescribed format.

6.按规定格式提供完成本工程拟采用的主要施工机械设备或工机具情况。

6. Provide information on the main construction machinery, equipment, or tools to be used for completing this project in accordance with the specified format.

7.完成的与本工程相似的业绩及其合同履行情况。

7. Completed performance records of similar projects and their contract fulfillment status.

8.中标人在接到中标通知书后5个日历日内开始合同谈判，并在10个日历日内签订完承包合同。

8. The winning bidder Homo sapiens shall commence contract negotiations within 5 calendar days after receiving the Notice of Award and sign the contract within 10 calendar days.
