China Harbour Engineering Company Limited is currently seeking a reliable supplier for the rental of construction machinery to support ongoing project activities. We kindly request your company to provide a quotation based on the following preliminary requirements:

1. Excavator

1). Specification Model：CAT 330 or equivalent (or higher)

2). Quantity: 2 unit

3). Rental period: 3 months

4). Regular working hours: minimum 8 hours per day.

5). Operator included

6). Fuel: to be provided by the Supplier

2.Dump Truck

1). Specification Model：≥25 tons

2). Quantity: 5 unit

3). Rental period: 3 months

4). Regular working hours: minimum 8 hours per day.

5). Operator included

6). Fuel: to be provided by the Supplier

3 .Bulldozer

1) . Specification Model：Shantui SD16 or higher model

2) . Quantity: 2unit

3). Rental period: 4 months

4). Regular working hours: minimum 8 hours per day.

5). Operator included

6). Fuel: to be provided by the Supplier

4. Other Requirements

1) .Quotation shall be valid for at least 30 calendar days from the date of submission.
2). The rental rate shall be inclusive of mobilization and demobilization costs.

3). The Supplier shall be responsible for routine maintenance and repair of the equipment during the rental period.
4). All equipment shall possess the required legal documentation and be in full compliance with applicable local regulations.

5). Quotation shall clearly indicate the monthly rental rate, overtime rate, mobilization/demobilization fee (if any), and total amount.
