该项目主要内容为新二公共服务配套用房增设消防水泵房，用以保证消防水压达到规范要求。更换火灾报警主机、更换消防末端设备、更新线路、补装紧急启停按钮、新增电气控制设备，以便于更准确的检测火灾情况，及时报警，提高消防系统的可靠性。更换补充灭火器、新增泵房设备、调整喷淋头及支管、引入给水管，以保障消防系统的正常运行，增加灭火覆盖面积，提高灭火效率。本次审价服务采购内容是按照相关项目的工程量计价规范、招投标文件、施工合同以及有关定额及说明，结合施工图纸、工程技术现场签证资料、工程材料暂定价核价单，通过现场勘察丈量，对下列项目工程量进行逐一计算，并检查综合单价的执行情况，新增项目定额子目的套用是否合理、综合单价组成中的材料价格、机械价格、人工价格是否参照相关定额标准和施工合同的规定，以此来核准工程造价，并根据以上结果出具专业审价报告，供后续审计等服务。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的
