项目概况及招标范围：
工程物资（含大件设备）的沙特境内清关物流服务。投标方承担招标方项目所有货物目的港清关和运输代理服务，运输起点为招标方/供应商/设备供应商交沙特港口（或口岸）起，至招标方项目目的地车板（陆运）/驳船（内河运输）转陆运交货止。详见招标文件 customs clearance and logistics service of engineering materials (including oversize equipment) under the Yanbu 700MW Wind Power Project. The bidder is responsible for the customs clearance and transportation agency services of all cargo destination ports of the tenderer’s project. The starting point of transportation is from the tenderer/supplier/equipment supplier handover to the Saudi port (or border port) to the destination of the tenderer’s project vehicle (land transport)/barge (Inland water transport) Transfer to land transport only. please refer to the tender documents.
