报价要求Quotation requirements:

1.单价需包含租赁费、运输费、司机费、增值税、预扣税等全部费用；
The unit price must include all costs such as rental fees, transportation fees, driver fees, value-added tax, and withholding tax.

2.提供菲律宾正规增值税税票；
Provide regular Philippine VAT tax stamps;

3.合同签订后3天内设备进场；
Equipment must be delivered to the site within 3 days after the contract is signed.

4.送货地址：菲律宾凯萨卡供水隧洞项目现场 Calawis Treatment Plant, Brgy Calawis, Antipolo, Rizal Province, Philippines.
Shipping address: Calawis Treatment Plant, Brgy Calawis, Antipolo, Rizal Province, Philippines, Kesaka Water Supply Tunnel Project Site.

5.设备到场验收合格后支付合同总额的50%租赁款，剩余金额按月结算
After the equipment passes on-site acceptance, 50% of the total contract amount for the lease will be paid, and the remaining amount will be settled monthly.

6.如租赁期间中设备发生故障，厂家负责修复和更换，费用由出租方承担。
If the equipment breaks down during the rental period, the manufacturer is responsible for repair and replacement, and the costs shall be borne by the lessor.
