Maximum vessel age is 25 years.
Based on past experience, the following conditions must be guaranteed by owner if the vessel's age is over 20 years old:
*That the vessel is seaworthy and cargo worthy.
*That the vessel certificates requested in the Adaro questionnaire are valid and shall remain valid during the loading and the voyage to be undertaken.
*That vessel hatch covers are weather tight.
*That the firefighting equipment, communication and safety equipment including life vests and rafts are in accordance to SOLAS Convention guideline currently in effect.
*A disclaimer to this acceptance to waive/supersede potential claims in the event that the vessel sunk or had accident caused by vessel that Adaro shall not be held responsible for any claims or damages associated.
*Any risk and unless normal discharge of cargo incurred at DISCHARGE PORT shall be covered by owner.
The actual conditions are subject to the vessel acceptance email.
The owner and the commercial operator of the vessel is not an Israeli link.

Owners warrant that Orient Glory Shipping Limited is not in the C.P. chain.
OWRS GUARANTEE THAT THE VESSEL HAS NOT CALLED RUSSIA SINCE 24TH FEBRUARY 2022.
THE OWNERS UNDERTAKES AND GUARANTEES THAT THE VESSEL OR VESSELS PROVIDED BY OWNERS UNDER THIS CHARTER AS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS BEFORE AND AT THE BEGINNING AND THROUGHOUT THE PERIOD OF THIS CHARTER PARTY:
a)OWRS WARRANT THAT NO DRYDOCKING SHALL TAKE PLACE DURING THE PRESENT VOYAGE AND NEXT VOYAGE.
b)OWRS GUARANTEE THAT NO CREW CHANGE AT THE DISCHARGING PORT DURING PRESENT VOYAGE.
c)OWRS GUARANTEE THAT NO FORMALITIES FOR CONVERSION TO DOMESTIC TRADE WILL BE ARRANGED AT DISCHARGE PORT.
d) THE REGISTERED OWNER SHOULD NOT BE CHANGED.
e)THE PERFORMING VESSEL IS NOT OWNED OR COMMERCIALLY MANAGED BY CUBA /IRAN /IRAQ /SUDAN /SYRIA /NORTH KOREA/CRIMEA AND OTHER UN OR USA OR EU SANCTIONED COUNTRIES RELATED ENTITIES, HAS NOT CALLED CUBA /IRAN /IRAQ /SUDAN /SYRIA /NORTH KOREA/CRIMEA AND OTHER UN OR USA SANCTIONED PORTS OR COUNTRIES TIME TO TIME , AND THE OWNER HAVE NOT DONE ANY CUBA,IRAN, IRAQ, SUDAN, SYRIA, NORTH KOREA AND CRIMEA AND OTHER UN OR USA OR EU SANCTIONED PORTS OR COUNTRIES RELATED BUSINESS.

1、FULL FREIGHT TO BE PAID TO OWNERS NOMINATED BANK ACCT WITHIN 15 BANKING DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF DISCHARGING AND SIGN/RELEASE BILL OF LADING AND MARKED WITH “FREIGHT PAYABLE AS PER CHARTER PARTY”. IF ANY LOSS AND/OR SHORTAGE FOUND AT THE DISCHARGE PORT, THE VALUE OF SHORELANDED CARGO SHALL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE OCEAN FREIGHT DIRECTLY. ANY LOSS AND/OR SHORTGAE SHALL BE CALCULATED AS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE B/L WEIGHT AND GAUGE WEIGHT BY DRAFT SURVEY AT THE DISCARGE PORT.
Any bank charges incurred in the payment shall be shared equally by both parties.The amount remitted or paid by the paying party in accordance with the agreed amount under this Contract, before deduction of any bank charges, shall be deemed as full payment by the paying party. Any reduction in the amount actually received by the receiving party due to bank charges shall not affect the fulfillment of the paying party' s payment obligation, and the paying party shall not be required to make up for any shortfall.
UPON THE VESSEL'S DEPARTURE FROM THE LOADING BERTH, NO CHANGE OF CREW OF SAILORS AND OTHER ON-BOARD WORKMEN IS ALLOWED DURING THE ENTIRE VOYAGE FROM LOADING PORT TO DISCHARGING PORT AND AT THE DISCHARGING PORT, I.E. NO NEW CREW OR WORKMEN SHALL BE ALLOWED TO SIGN ON DURING THE VOYAGE. OTHERWISE, IN THE EVENT THAT VESSEL IS NOT GRANTED FREE PRATIQUE OR ALLOWED TO BERTH OR UNLOADING AND RESULTS IN THE DELAY OR FAILURE OF SHIPMENT DELIVERY, WHICH IS ATTRIBUTED TO SIGNING ON NEW CREW OR WORKMEN DURING THE VOYAGE, SHIP OWNER SHALL TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF AND BE LIABLE TO BEAR ALL THE TIME LOST AND ALL THE LOSS, EXPENSES, COST OR FEES OCCURRED AND SUFFERED BY CHARTERER AND CARGO RECEIVER THEREOF.
