1. When the new mixer has operated 300h for the first time, it should replace the hydraulic oil and cartridge of the oil filter. And then, the hydraulic oil and cartridge of the oil filter should be replaced every 1500h or 6 months (which is shorter). When replacing the hydraulic oil, all existing hydraulic oil inside the tank must be drained completely before new oil is filled.

2. Following hydraulic oils should be used according to ambient temperature:

-40℃/0℃	46# anti-freeze hydraulic oil
>-10℃	46# anti-wear hydraulic oil (suggest BP、Mobil、SHELL)
>+20℃	68# anti-wear hydraulic oil

3. Imported or high quality home-made hydraulic oil should be used. Before the oil is filled into the tank, it should be filtered with a filter of 10 μm. Fill the oil only to the middle of the glass oil indictor on the side of the oil radiator

Guide for Oil Replacement of the Speed Reducer

1. When the new speed reducer has operated 100h for the first time, it should replace the oil. And then, the oil should be replaced every 1000h or one year (which is shorter).

2. Following gear oil should be used according to ambient temperature:

-40°C/0°C	VG150 [SAE80W/90(API GL-5)] (suggest BP、Mobil、SHELL)
-15°C/+45°C	VG150 [SAE80W/90(API GL-5)]

3. Fill the lubricating oil into the speed reducer should be reach the limit of the dipstick or middle level of indictor.

Note: Different brand or different type lubricating oil are forbidden mix
