Brief Specification Description: According to the "Regulations on Urban Appearance and Environmental Sanitation of Shanghai Municipality" and the Shanghai Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission's No. 1148 [2016], in order to ensure that public toilets meet the needs of the resident population and tourists, daily cleaning maintenance of 14 mobile public toilets within the town area will be carried out.

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高小微企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持小微企业政策：本项目（◆是 □不是）专门面向小微企业采购，评审时小微企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠。（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业；
